Ted Lindholm

Ted currently serves as the Client Service Executive for Heartland Business System, overseeing all aspects of engagement activities across numerous clients.  Working closely with the client stakeholders, he leads the requirements development process and high level solution design allowing him to apply his vast expertise in identifying and addressing organizational impacts of information technology and redesigning business processes accordingly.   Ted has over 20 years of broad management experience in executive and leadership positions across a wide range of commercial and operational functions.  Ted previously served as Vice President and General Manager of a high volume manufacturer in the defense industry, and prior to that Vice President of Engineering for a world leader in the design, development and manufacture of energetic, mechanical and electronic subsystems in the aerospace industry.  Ted is a U.S. Navy Veteran, serving as a Submarine Warfare Officer in Pearl Harbor.   He holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and is a graduate of Cornell University where he earned Masters of Science in Plasma Physics, Masters of Engineering in Applied Physics and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics and Bachelor of Arts in History.

Sue Pittacora

Sue is a Client Service Executive leading the Finance and Analytics practice at Heartland.  She is a versatile senior level leader with global expertise leading business analytics and sales growth, leveraging a passion for innovation and automation. During her 24 year tenure at McDonald’s Corporation she led multiple global Centers of Excellence in the areas of Operations, Insights and Analytics, coupled with ten years in the US financial analytics group. Sue’s experience extends beyond the restaurant industry, as she spent four years with Ernst & Young performing both financial and information systems audits for Fortune 500 companies as well as mid-sized corporations. 

 

Sue holds Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Accounting, from Dominican University in River Forest, IL, and is a CPA, CGMA and CISA.  She serves as an Advisory Board member to Valyant AI, a technology firm specializing in conversational AI.  In addition, Sue serves as the Vice Chairman of the Advisory Council of the Brennan School of Business at Dominican University and is an active member of the Chicago Finance Exchange.

Shawn McCormick

Shawn brings a broad array of experiences to Heartland, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Improvement, Procurement, Program Management, and Strategy. He spent the bulk of his career in Management Consulting with AT Kearney, leading improvement initiatives at some of the nation’s largest companies. Most recently, Shawn worked with McDonald’s Corporation to build a Global Sourcing and Procurement organization responsible for managing $17 billion in spend annually.  Shawn has a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Marc Huber

Marc currently leads the Infrastructure team at Heartland Business Systems. Having recently moved to the Illinois from South Dakota, Marc brings to the team experience related to helpdesk support, policies and procedures, networking, server and application deployment and support, disaster recovery, and security. He works directly with the internal Heartland Infrastructure team as well as client IT teams to solve problems, cut costs, and implement new solution. Marc began his career in a helpdesk role for a background screening company and eventually evolved into the primary contact for an international datacenter. Marc worked for the Central Territory Director for Aflac where he support multiple offices and remote users with their technology needs as well as new implementations to leverage technology in their fast-paced sales environment.
